That is exactly why I called to see if my order was ready first. I didn't want to be in a bad environment for any amount of time. This place usually has bad customer service & don't want to do what they are supposed to do, and even lie to the customer. The Manager was a little bit better than the Cashier, but not much. They need real attitude adjustments! Thank you!
