It's decent, does the job. Delivery was a little late this time but pizza was still warm when it showed up.

Ordered online for delivery and never received my food. It was hell on wheels trying to get help for customer service over the phone, my bank wouldn't let me dispute a charge for goods not received. I got up a d got on the bus to pizza hut, I was told from customer service 3 different agents the the store closed at 9pm i rushed there and opened the door at 8:59pm to only find out they closed at 10pm😡 then i met Arielle she made everything much better. Her customer service was top tire and unexpected seeing the area. I walked in with smoke coming out my ears to walking to the bus stop with a smile on my face, after the worst day ever without pizza hut Arielle and the two gentleman on shift that night 9/25/2026 @9pm was absolutely awesome. Energy is contagious and instead of mine rubbing off on them, theirs rubbed off on me. That was chi f a type of service. That says a lot. She should definitely be training staff and this is coming from a ops manager in Hospitality for over 15 years. Thats a winning team with a great leader... i lost my phone in a lyft this morning so I'm posting from my mothers page. I just didn't want to forget to share my experience with the team..

This is my neighborhood Pizza Hut. I came in and only a customer was sitting there . I did a pickup order to grab and go. I waited a long time, yelled hello and still wasn’t greeted. As I was about to peak around the corner the young lady came out the back with an attitude looking at me crazy and said you could’ve gave me a minute I was coming. I told her I didn’t hear her and she responded I didn’t hear you but the difference is IM NOT THE WORKER.. very rude.
