  Unfortunately for the haters who think Italian food can only be overpriced and underwhelming experience this place bangs. Pasta and sandwiches are honestly great I was so happy that this place exceeded my expectations. Will revisit when in the area

  The owner personally handed me our last minute Father’s Day lunch takeout order! The food was so carefully packed and everything was fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu 😊

  Absolutely loved Pasta Via. The vodka rigatoni was fantastic — rich, flavorful, and the kind of pasta you keep thinking about after the meal. This place is also special to me because it’s where I met my significant other. Great food, great atmosphere, and definitely a spot I’d recommend

  Pasta Via was definitely a refreshing experience. The space was airy, spacious, while being trendy and gave that perfect summer time vibe. It was our first time here and I came hungry, this fit the bill perfectly. You're able to order your food right away at the kiosk and a couple of grab and go options. Its served to you in take-out containers, so you can either take it on the go or sit down and enjoy the view/atmosphere. The pasta is made fresh, but it did not take long. I got the Vodka Ravioli and it came with complimentary bread. It was a decent sized portion with an ample amount of sauce (just the way I like it). The flavor was perfect, the pasta had the right chew and the sauce was bright and creamy. The owner was around and gave us a quick rundown of the place and the menu. He was very welcoming and accommodating. It was a pleasure meeting you, Billy :) We'll definitely be coming back again and including you into our lunch rotation.

  Dining in or just looking for some pasta on the go this is definitely the place. The pastas are made fresh and taste amazing and the caprese salads are great with just the right amount of mozz to tomato and the balsamic dressing is so delicious! Cozy little place downtown and the owner is a great guy! They also have infused dishes during the Dazed and Infused events that they have every now and then! Awesome little restaurant!
