  My boyfriend and I went here during one of our trips to Chicago. Incredible pesto; Some of the best most fresh tasting pasta I’ve ever had. Surpasses any of the fancier pasta restaurants and you can customize your toppings. I love that they don’t use seed oils and you can tell they use whole/fresh ingredients because you feel good after eating a ton of it!! We were so sad last time we were in the area that they were listed as temporarily closed :( I truly pray you guys reopen😭🙏

  Unfortunately for the haters who think Italian food can only be overpriced and underwhelming experience this place bangs. Pasta and sandwiches are honestly great I was so happy that this place exceeded my expectations. Will revisit when in the area

  Absolutely loved Pasta Via. The vodka rigatoni was fantastic — rich, flavorful, and the kind of pasta you keep thinking about after the meal. This place is also special to me because it’s where I met my significant other. Great food, great atmosphere, and definitely a spot I’d recommend

  Pasta Via was definitely a refreshing experience. The space was airy, spacious, while being trendy and gave that perfect summer time vibe. It was our first time here and I came hungry, this fit the bill perfectly. You're able to order your food right away at the kiosk and a couple of grab and go options. Its served to you in take-out containers, so you can either take it on the go or sit down and enjoy the view/atmosphere. The pasta is made fresh, but it did not take long. I got the Vodka Ravioli and it came with complimentary bread. It was a decent sized portion with an ample amount of sauce (just the way I like it). The flavor was perfect, the pasta had the right chew and the sauce was bright and creamy. The owner was around and gave us a quick rundown of the place and the menu. He was very welcoming and accommodating. It was a pleasure meeting you, Billy :) We'll definitely be coming back again and including you into our lunch rotation.
