I only place carry out orders I place online but whenever I walk in my pizza is ready to go, made as requested, and delicious. I’m rarely waiting more than 30 secs for someone to grab my online order for me. Always a great experience and the women who work their Friday evenings when I go are always so kind and pleasant. They are great☺️.

Here they frequently forget items on the order, and usually I have to wait longer than 90 minutes, even when they tell you 45-60. Tonight's order, the last straw, still hadn't arrived by the 3-hour mark. I called in at the 2-hour mark and was told the driver would be here in 10 minutes. Save your time and money and find another place to order pizza from.

This is after being told it would take 30 minutes. Last night it took TWO HOURS from order to delivery. I literally could go to the store, buy all the ingredients, make the dough and let it rise, and make and cook a pizza before they delivered ours. Surprise, surprise the pizza was totally cold by the time it arrived. I think I'll be exclusively buying from Dominoes in Hyde Park after multiple experiences like this.
