The employees were rude, dismissive, and carried serious ego issues, which made a simple visit unnecessarily frustrating. The owner really needs to focus on customer service instead of just chasing quick money. If this attitude toward customers continues, it’s hard to see how this business can survive long term. People don’t come back to places where they’re treated with disrespect.
