I want to be clear that my negative review is strictly because of the poor quality in service that I received from Kelvin? who was in charge of answering the phone on 10/13/22. I received an alert on the Papa Johns app that they were unable to process my order and so I ordered another pizza. The exact same order. Within a minute I received two emails simultaneously stating that it was on the way. I instantly called the store and Kelvin says that there’s nothing he can do. He sees the error that happened but he can’t do anything for me. He clearly doesn’t take pride in the company he works for or his job in general. I’ve been ordering from this company for awhile and they’ve just lost a customer because of poor service. The last thing Kelvin said to me was “I don’t know what to tell ya, pal”. Unbelievable. Oh on top of that, my order wasn’t even correct, but I don’t even care at this point.
