They even offered a free drink for the wait, so can’t get better. People need to understand that if they were fully staffed, it would take 10 minutes. They still get everything ready in less than 30, so it’s all good. Let’s give these people some love, they deserve it

I ordered earlier today and called just to let them know my order was wrong AGAIN (not the first time from this location). I wasn’t even asking for a refund or anything, just trying to tell them what happened. Before I could even finish explaining, this sad excuse for an employee starts yelling at me telling me to finish my sentence… like um?? I was being nice the whole time because I literally work in food service too so I get that mistakes happen. I’ve even eaten the wrong stuff from this location before and didn’t say anything. This time my pizza was completely wrong and they didn’t give me any of my sides which obviously costs money.. Then this dude tried to blame Uber driver when the receipt literally had my correct order on it yet the food was just wrong… so that makes zero sense. I just don’t understand how people like that even have a job. Can’t get the food right, can’t get your attitude right, prolly can’t get any 🐱 either. P.S. Will never be ordering from this trifling location again. Change your staff. Xoxo.
