After waiting about 30 minutes, we were told our pizza had been messed up. We understood that mistakes happen, so we politely asked if it was possible to change the size of the pizza since the original order was ruined. Instead of explaining why it wasn’t possible, the employee repeatedly and rudely said “No.” When we asked to see the actual pizza size, he refused and said, “I already showed you,” referring to the burnt pizza that had been messed up. While we waited for our new order, we sat inside, and even after telling him we didn’t need anything and were just waiting, he kept asking us the same question. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. Mistakes happen, but treating customers with respect is just as important. This employee seriously needs better customer service skills.

By this time while other customers were coming to the shop he was behaving rude with everyone. As i was standing quietly waiting for my order and observing his weird attitude till 1.34 am nothing happened with me. At that time i asked the status of my order. He said he is going to make it now and told me to wait for 10 to 20 minutes again. While i asked politely to hime that you said that 30 minutes ago - he got angry and threatened me to hit me for no reason. I just cancelled my order and left the shop immediately. There was no rush at that time and he was not working at all. This is a hilarious experience!
