- WWWendy4 days ago1.0Just the highlights.......I ordered a pizza just after 1am after a long day of travel and a concert. None of us had dinner and were craving Papa Johns. It initially said it would be 30-40 min for delivery but my email after I placed my order said it would not be delivered until 236-246am. We tried to call to cancel but could not get through. We tried another option in the phone tree, got through and told we had to call back and choose the cancel option...SERIOUSLY? A little after 4am I got a call from door dash saying my pizza was being delivered to the lobby of our hotel. SERIOUSLY??? So sad! Come on Papa Johns, do better! The only plus is after all of my squaking on the surveys, I did get a refund!

Flat hard crust, a few toppings dumped in the center, a 3 inch dry crust around the pizza, I think they put cheese on it, but not too sure. The quality was very bad. Value: also a -10. Most overpriced pizza chain that just isn't good . But very friendly
