I arrived to pick up my pizza, but the employees told me they didn't have time; according to the system, the pizza was already ready. Several customers left because no one came to help them. I left too because no one was attending to anyone, and when I came back, it still wasn't ready—in the end, it took over an hour for me to get my pizza. ( Replace the staff with people who have customer service skills; I assure you that you will see much higher profits.❌👈👈👈

It initially said it would be 30-40 min for delivery but my email after I placed my order said it would not be delivered until 236-246am. We tried to call to cancel but could not get through. We tried another option in the phone tree, got through and told we had to call back and choose the cancel option...SERIOUSLY? A little after 4am I got a call from door dash saying my pizza was being delivered to the lobby of our hotel. SERIOUSLY??? So sad! Come on Papa Johns, do better! The only plus is after all of my squaking on the surveys, I did get a refund!
