  Very rude staff. Pre-ordered coffee and pastries the night before to pick up at 8:00. I showed up at 8:15. Nothing was ready. They didn't see the order, and they were slowly packing one by one. When I asked them how much time it will take, they rudely yelled at me. Three people were working in the store. They yelled at me to move aside if you are not the only customer, blah blah blah blah blah. I will not return to any Panera Bread because of this experience at this store.

  To the staff that work early every morning thank you for the hard work and grind which i understand myself i love to see that morning energy flowing it’s infectious i would hire them in a heartbeat. Unfortunately to the rude unprofessional young Manly looking person with the mullet, she needs to stay in the back her personality don’t fit for working in the front coming out the back to talk rude over a cup is kinda disgusting attitude to have in the morning. I want this location to be successful for years to come keeping negative people like her on your team. Definitely won’t help! Thank you.

  Asked if they had cold brew. Said yes and I paid. After paying they said they only had iced coffee

  My salad was delicious and I like their fresh coffee machine that grinds the beans for each cup.
