Most recently, because of the Cyclospora outbreak, I specifically asked for no raw vegetables on our sandwich, including lettuce, basil, and cilantro. They still put them on anyway. It was a simple request that should have been followed, especially because it was for a food safety concern. Very disappointing experience.
