- LLLisa6 days ago5.0Me and my family had a wonderful experience dining at Morton’s while on vacation in Jacksonville! JennA was our server and she made great recommendations and we went with what she suggested ! The Cajun ribeye was cooked to perfection and the truffle butter laid over top was amazing! Loaded mashed potatoes were divine too ( my daughter’s favorite ) service was amazing , highly recommend! Thanks Morton’s for a 5 star meal and service !

Waiter did a real good job explaining everything and he told me to take the wagyu steak. The steak was really amazing and tasted really good My wife had the 6 ounce filet. We had some scalloped potatoes and some mashed potatoes I was too full for dessert so just a coffee to finish this great meal. Will come back when we visit Chicago again
- LCLori CMay 7, 20261.0What happened to this restaurant it used to be an iconic steakhouse, absolutely horrible French onion soup tasted like water down broth, an 8 ounce fillet I asked for a medium well and a butterfly it, and it was basically look like two patties, if an iconic steakhouse can’t make a steak without it there’s something wrong. The quality of the beef was not up to standards at all Morton’s is definitely going downhill

- RTRosemary TateApr 30, 20265.0I had the salmon, absolutely delicious, the sides spinach and mushrooms and Gouda potatoes both fantastic!! Highly recommend! The service was second to none, our waiter was very attentive and made great recommendations that were spot on.
