  Terrible customer service from the lazy employees. They don't take orders at the counter only the kiosk so if you had a customer order you want get it. Plus I watch a male employee used the restroom and didnt wash his hands.

  I showed up at 10:58 in the drive-thru hoping to grab lunch, but was told I couldn’t order it yet. On top of that, they wouldn’t even give me an extra jelly with my deluxe breakfast without charging 35 cents 😕. Then I had to go inside, only to find no staff at the front counter and kiosks that only allow to-go orders 🤦‍♂️. This whole experience felt chaotic and poorly managed. It’s honestly frustrating to see things run this way. How is this level of service being allowed to continue for so long? Completely unacceptable 👎.

  I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald’s. After placing my order, I had to wait at least 30 minutes just to get a small dessert. When I finally received it, it didn’t taste like the usual quality you expect from McDonald’s. The pickup process was even more frustrating. Orders were sitting ready on the rack, but there was no staff member responsible for handing them out. No one was around the counter to assist or even check if customers needed help. Overall, the service was poor and unorganized. You’re honestly better off going to another location, using the drive-thru, or skipping McDonald’s altogether.

  Absolutely horrible service. I went through the drive-thru and ordered just one apple pie, planning to use my points. I gave the employee my code at the speaker, then waited in line for over 15 minutes while the car in front of me—who didn’t even have a large order—was being served. When I finally got to the window, I was asked what I ordered again, and then asked for my code a second time. After already providing it, I was told it “wasn’t working,” even though my app showed that my points had already been redeemed. I tried using a different code, and the same thing happened. At that point, after wasting so much time, I ended up leaving without anything. The entire experience was extremely frustrating, and the employee was very rude and unhelpful. Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
