- KKKooperApr 14, 20261.0I have been coming to this McDonald's location my entire life (over 45 years) and never have I received such a poor order. The burgers were overcooked, the buns were hard, and fries were cold. The only thing right was my drink. Not to mention I was the only customer in the drive thru at the time and the inside was closed. So there's no excuse. That being said, I decided to reach out to ownership via the email listed on my receipt. It's been 2 weeks with no response. This McDonald's has a geographic monopoly on the area so the next time I want McDonald's I will drive out of my way, not because a mistake can happen but because I couldn't even get a response from my email. Looks like the place makes so much $ they don't feel it matters if they lose a customer. Just remember, it starts with one. Start caring about your business Dakajos family!!
