  THEY MOVE SOOOOOO SLOW AND ONE NIGHT IT WAS ABOUT PROBABLY 11 AT NIGHT AND THIS WAS SOUNDING LIKE SHE WAS SLEEP ONE MONMENT ABOUT 2 TYMES I JUS DROVE OFF🤦🤷🤦🤷🤦

  I enjoyed the family outing, but was disappointed that we didn’t have are two McChicken sandwiches in the bag with a $5 meal. Hope you can offer more flexibility in the future!

  May 9th 2:00 p.m. I ordered a number one with extra cheese no pickles mocha frappe for the drink and a small cup of ice. The food was great. I The person making drinks he was awful he makes me something that he thought was a mocha frappe and I asked for a couple of ice he gave me a small cup of 7Up with ice and on top of that he was the cause for the line backing up

  Wow. What a very rude and unprofessional way to greet a customer through the intercom😒Loud and obnoxious, yelled out 🗣"ITS NOTHING READY LUNCH IS OVER" 🤔"Uhmmm I'm here for a doordash pickup" her)🗣"ITS NOTHING READY" is your lobby open? 🗣NO. Ok, i can wait for it" 🗣I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG IT'S GOING TO TAKE" OK, I'll still wait" driving up to the windows i can hear her telling the other employee 🗣HE GONE WAIT FOR A 2$ 3$ & 4$ ORDER WHEN CAN LEAVE HERE AND PICK UP MORE ORDERS" I turn on my radio to block here out because at that point 👉🏽 your trying your best to get me to react standing in the drive thru area constantly talking loud enough to be heard outside SMDH. I arrived early before my pickup time which was 5 minutes before. 4:19-4:20 my arrival time, pickup time 425. Didn't leave till closer to 5am. Wait there's more🤷🏾‍♂😳🙄🫣She finally comes with the order, toss it up on the ledge for me to take a Pic to confirm i have it. After Pic is taken, she then tells me I need to 🗣HIT THE RED BUTTON" in my mind I laugh 😃 because I didn't want to laugh in angry birds lady face and infuriate her any more than she already were. The red button she mentioned was for me navigate to the customer location. Back n forth we went about the red button🫣😃until she closed the drv thru windows 🪟 and never returned. The guy employee gave me the order. Seems to me people with jobs dont want to work and have attitudes 🙄 and the people who actually want to work can't get a call back. I provide good quality service all over Chicago and and good experience in customer service field of work. On doordash alone I have over 10,000 deliveries, never been deactivated platinum dasher, 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟rating. Take that lady off 1st shift you guys aren't going to fire here. I all most forgot, she even turned away 2 customer and telling one of them that somehow I was the problem. He pulled up on me to say that I wasn't the problem and that she was. Telling lies to customer and all she did was against McDonald's protocol.

  I ordered 2 hash browns, 2 apple juices, and 2 steak bagel meals. There were only 2 hash browns in the bag when I asked about my order. One of the workers, a man with orange extension braids ,got on the intercom. He said to the person at the first window to please get the orders correct he doesn't want to deal with customers today he wants a good day at work I ended up paying for 2 extra hash browns. I dropped my grandson off at school and went into the store this time another man with Long blonde hair with the same terrible attitude as the first man I wanted them to to ring my order up again so I could see that it was the correct amount they refused this isn't the first rude encounter with either of these 2 men it will be the last because I won't be back in this store
