  They don't like to honor the table service offering. 2nd morning with no table service. Today he said he was too busy. Today no trays and 50 cents for a syrup. From the lady. You can feel the dripping anger for ordering table service today.

  Hands down the nicest McDonald's in the area. Staff are courteous and respectful. Food is always fresh. Much appreciated.

  This is by far the worst run McDonald's location. They get orders wrong and are rude to customers consistently. You ask for a manager and the service is worse! Unbelievable

  This is definitely one of the nicer McDonald’s in the outer edge of the Chicago area. It’s absolutely so clean and nice. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating. They actually go out of their way to see if something is not right. Solid establishment
