    First I got a McDouble meal, and an extra double cheeseburger. The bottom bun on the second sandwich was so hard I could’ve made croutons out of it, and the fries were cold! They fixed the order, but when I took the first bite it was obvious the meat was disgustingly rotten! 🤢🤢 brought it back and got a refund. Also, no public bathroom and the soda machine is broken.

    This is usually a decent McDonalds with very polite staff, but today I went in and the trash by the door facing Clark smelled like feces. Every time someone would walk in the door the air would blow the stench around. One of the staff changed the trash while I was there but it still smelled horrible. They're probably going to need to replace that entire trash can.

    We used to regard this McDonalds as the best one nearby. But there’s been some backsliding in the past two years. Unfresh food (cold burgers and fries), items missing from the bag, bad sweet tea, and today the worst offense: an unmixed McFlurry. I did not come to McDonalds for a “McTopping”! Back to the Foster location we go.

    I placed a drink order through the McDonald’s app for pickup at this location. When I arrived to pick up my order, it had not even been prepared yet. What disappointed me the most was the attitude of the supervisor. Instead of helping to resolve the issue, he told me that they did not receive my order and even suggested that I was lying. I showed him the order confirmation in the McDonald’s app as proof, but he responded by saying, “Maybe the address isn’t here.” My order clearly showed the correct address: 5614 N Clark St. However, the supervisor insisted that it was not their location. Surprisingly, he did not even seem to know the address of the restaurant where he works. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and disrespectful attitude made this a very frustrating experience. I hope management provides better training so customers are treated with respect when problems occur.
