  The worst McDonald's location, my last order, in McFlurry, they forgot to add m&m, I ordered a refresher, which I had ordered many times before in other locations, without ice, they poured me half a glass and said they would not pour it without ice anymore, and they forgot to add cucumbers to my double cheeseburger, it was dry, the manager could not solve this problem, he is incompetent

  I am leaving this review so that the management and quality control team of the McDonald’s restaurant chain can look into this situation. Today I ordered a Happy Meal for my child. It turned out that milk was not included in the set, although it initially seemed that it was part of the meal. As a result, I had to purchase it separately, which created confusion and a disappointing impression that the contents of the meal were either not clearly explained or not properly communicated. The employee said that milk is sold separately, but this was not obvious at the time of ordering. I believe such details should be clearly stated in advance, especially for children’s meals, where parents expect transparency and a fixed set of items. I ask management to review the customer communication standards at this location and, if necessary, improve staff training to prevent similar situations in the future.

  Had to wait for seating . People asleep on the bench. Other persons just seating using the WiFi . I placed an order thru the Kiosk. when I placed my order, kiosk asked me for a Table number . I input the number. Kiosk did not have any paper , so I didn’t get the order number thru a receipt. I sat down with the table number placard , expecting McDonald’s worker bringing over my order. Instead the are talking and laughing in the kitchen . I heard they call a number out multiple times , but because I didn’t get a Receipt thru the kiosk I didn’t know my order number . I got up and it was my order, I asked the manager why are they asking for a Table number if they are not bringing out the food to the table. She replied because they are short staff . But they have time to BS …

  The staff is kind and quick. I work nights and the food is always hot and ready fast.

  Really bad customer service and management. I Go further to another location now because I've had issues here and spoke to customer service and they did not solve or really acknowledge the issues in a satisfactory manner. The food quality is also subpar if this is a franchise they are really dropping the ball here.
