I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald’s outlet yesterday.
I placed my food order using the self-service kiosk and received an order number, which initially appeared on the order status screen. While waiting, I noticed that my order number suddenly disappeared from the display. Concerned, I approached one of the attendants and explained the issue. She asked to see my receipt, which I provided, and assured me that my order was still being processed and that I should continue waiting.
After waiting a further 20 minutes, I observed several customers who had ordered after me receiving their food, while I had still received no update. I approached the same attendant again to confirm whether my order was indeed being prepared. She asked to see my receipt once more, which I handed over without any complaint or confrontation. To my shock, she then accused me, in front of other customers, of “giving her attitude.” I found this accusation both humiliating and completely unwarranted.
I responded by telling her that I felt she was being rude and disrespectful. At that point, the manager on duty intervened, took my receipt, and in a very aggressive tone, informed me that she was cancelling my order and issuing a refund, without offering any explanation, despite the fact that I had already been waiting approximately 30 minutes. I made it clear that I wanted the food I had ordered, not a refund, but the manager simply walked away with my receipt.
By this stage, I was extremely upset by the poor treatment and unacceptable level of customer service. I then requested my refund so that I could leave and purchase food elsewhere before boarding my flight, only to be told by the attendant that she could not process my refund because the manager had my receipt.
As a result, I left the restaurant without my food and without a refund.
This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had in any restaurant. To experience such disrespectful and disorganised treatment at a McDonald’s located in an international airport is deeply disappointing and frankly unbelievable.

I'm not really sure how you can be called a McDonald's and not serve McChickens or not have BBQ sauce.

Maya is absolutely terrible. How does she still have a job. A bunch of peoples flights were stuck in the air and on the tarmac so people were hungry and she was upset they were ordering before they officially closed. She was also yelling at customers and being rude and grumpy. Id never hire her if I was an employer. I have a video of corporate wants it.

I have one goal, bring attention back to "Customer Service". A line while waiting, myself and another customer waiting to be attended by an employee, about 5 ladies surrounding the soft-serve machine "training" (bad timing with a line of customers), one lady trying to do it all, while the other ones are chatting, including one licking her finger after some ice cream touched her finger. Mind, all this is in front of customers. I get my order a while later after the meeting in front of the ice cream machine is over and all of those ladies disappeared (they didn't help the one attending to everyone), my order, I ordered a medium fries, in the bag there was a small paper bag for the typical/traditional small size of fries, I made a small comment "I'm sorry, I think I got small, but I ordered medium". The reply, "that is medium honey". I don't have an issue with the reply, my issue is tone and attitude of the answer to a simple comment. Come on, we can do better McDonald.

The fries were barely warm and undercooked and my chicken nuggets were barely warm. The girl handing out orders was extremely rude to everyone. Yelling out numbers and yelling at people if they didn’t immediately get their order when she yelled the number. She was handing me the wrong size cup and I told her I should have 2 medium diet cokes and she rudely snapped back at me “ I know what you should get!” Well she didn’t because she gave me a cup of ice that I didn’t order.
