    This is a great location to sit in and eat with kids. Not too busy or loud. Service is fast and enjoyable, and the food is yummy. This is one of the cleanest locations I've ever been too. We went back today just because of it.

    I am writing to share my feedback regarding an experience I had at your establishment last night. I placed an order for two McDoubles, a medium fry, a medium Sprite Berry Blast, and a 4-piece nugget. After leaving, I realized that I had been given a small fry instead of the medium I paid for. I returned within five minutes to have the error corrected. While the employee who handed me the food was pleasant, I was disappointed by the behavior of another staff member. Upon seeing my return, I heard an employee make a comment about the fries being "almost gone." While I had eaten a few fries on my drive, the point of my return was to receive the correct size that I paid for. Although I was eventually given two medium fries, the unprofessional comment made regarding the situation was unnecessary and felt quite ignorant. It is frustrating to be met with that kind of energy when spending hard-earned money. I believe it is important for the team to focus on professional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude when correcting mistakes made on the restaurant's end. I had begun to enjoy coming to this location, but due to this experience, I do not plan on returning. I hope you use this feedback to improve the service for future customers.
