  Ordered from uber eats, got someone elses leftover order, it was a 10 minute delivery and food was literally ice cold and drinks had no ice left it had been sitting so long

  It’s honestly disappointing because this used to be my go-to McDonald’s 🍟, but after this experience, I don’t see myself coming back again 😕. The whole situation felt unprofessional and frustrating. The staff seemed distracted and not fully focused on their work, which led to mistakes with my order. I ended up receiving the wrong items, and it was clear that attention wasn’t where it should have been 📱. From what I could tell, the manager appeared more occupied with personal conversations and texting in the back instead of making sure things were running smoothly. This kind of service is not what customers expect, especially from a place that used to be reliable. I’ll be reaching out to corporate to report what happened, because the experience was simply not acceptable. I really hope they take steps to improve the level of professionalism and customer care moving forward 🙏.
