  After many times tolerating mistakes with our orders this time when they double charged us for a cheeseburger the manager had the gall to blame us for their drive-thru tellers mistake. Avoid this location at all costs.

  Came in on April 30th at 3:16 p.m. was met by a young lady in a pink shirt With No Name tag. I asked for a sweet tea and she told me to order the kiosk I said no thank you I would like customer service. She looked totally annoyed and said wait a minute. She went to delegate it to a young kid who came out tried to call me over to the kiosk and I said, no thank you. I'm not going to be forced into coaching, he tried going back and forth for 2 minutes I've never seen any franchise be so aggressive at forcing you into the kiosk training. I'm pressed for time the register is always faster. He said he cannot ring me up at the register because there's no cash, I said I'm paying with card. He tried to insist on the kiosk I said give me a manager he called the same lady in pink. Disappointing to learn that she's a manager she should have taken care of it on the first time she explained the registers are closed. If she was wearinga name tag I would have known shes a manager. Its all nonsense. Handicapped people shouldn't be forced to use a kiosk, people in a wheelchair can't reach top of kiosk. I think it's totally unacceptable behavior from a manager. She should of taken ownership. I own one of Chicago's largest Consulting companies. I would have the manager emmediatley demoted and retrained. Being that she was my first point of contact, instead of wasting my time with another employee who was clearly instructed to take me to the kiosk and waste more of my time. This is how she treats your customers I can only wonder how she treats your employees. She explained the registers are closed you can't turn on a register and swipe a credit card Last the door nearest the street was locked pretty sure that's a fire hazard. The last the most valuable lesson here, and they both seemed okay with that I mentioned it multiple times before I actually did it. That's an ultimate company failure.

  La comida muy buena y todo pero realmente me parece una falta de respeto lo que me hicieron hoy mientras compraba una comida solamente pedí unas papas y unos nuggets tardó más de 10 minutos de espera y ante todo eso estaba haciendo delivery y la persona no me quería entregar ni el delivery ni mi comida

  El servicio es el mas malo de todos los mcdonald's la comida fria nunca la preparan bien se demoran mucho sin importar la hora del dia, si van con prisa no ordenen en este lugar...
