  They don't know what they are doing and fries are hard as a rock. Wrong soda twice, fries not eadable, and the worker could not place my order correctly.

  Specifically asked for my food fresh. They stated they had me. I sat in line long enough for them to make the food fresh. And it was not fresh. Fries were hard and food was not hot. I’m actually tired of spending my money on food that’s not worth it. Gone start food prepping.

  I paid almost $5. for a Caramel Sundae 🍨 that are .99 cents - well last time I paid for Sundae - an its same size plus No Nuts !! 🤨 Terrible on the food anymore 😧 Never will I pay $ that Rediculas Price Again !! Never !! 😤 I've always liked the Sundae's from McDonalds It's not Same on their foods either it's All Crappy Micro Waved foods I don't Eat Microwave !! It's REAL FOOD Sorry can't 😑 🐶💛🐱🐈😺💁‍♀️🦄💞💖

  Every single time I go to this location, they mess up my order. I just ask for the simplest thing ever - no cheese on my burgers, and they still put cheese. It’s happened like 10 times, I’m not even kidding. I shouldn’t have to but I’d stop to check if it wasn’t always packed with cars because they’re so slow. They take forever and keep forgetting to give me my full order, there’s always something missing. One time there was only one person working because of some conflict, and the manager was just sitting in her car, which makes no sense at all.

  Every time I come here, I’m Quickly reminded why I say I’ll never go here again… This place is the absolute worst. Every time I go there they mess up my order or forget something but the main thing that’s always served is a bad attitude. They either all hate their lives or hate their job one or the other.. I live two minutes from this location and I’d rather drive all the way to blue Island and 18th St. to get food. And their french fries never have any salt smh
