Don't leave the parking lot without checking your order. These jokers cant distinguish sausage patties from 'steak'.

Never again! Gave them a chance again and still messed up on my order. Lunch hours during the week bad service you can hear the joking around and not paying attention.

I ordered through the mobile app and received my drink with about a centimeter amount of cold foam. She walked away and I had to wait 2/3 min before she returned to the window. She looked at me a few times and didn’t approach the window until I eventually said excuse me very loudly. I asked the employee why the drink had so little and she said that’s how it comes. I removed the lid and told her that can’t be right there’s practically none in there and I asked her nicely if she was able to remake it and she said no. And then I said so you aren’t going to remake it? And she said no, if you want more you have to pay for more. This store is highly unprofessional. They consistently make mistakes and have inconsistency in their products. Not only is that bad but when it’s brought up to them, instead of correcting the situation they argue with the customer. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry for years, I could never imagine arguing with a customer and refusing to fix the mistake/remake their order. At the end of the day it is your JOB to ensure the customer is as satisfied as possible with the items they PAID for. This location needs a new staff or an actual manager who cares about customer service and satisfaction. Do not recommend. If I could attach a picture I would because it is LAUGHABLE THE AMOUNT that’s in my cup.

I walked into this McDonald’s and tried to order at the kiosk. Right away I found out you can’t even order round eggs by themselves on the kiosk. Fine. So I went to the counter. Here’s the problem: there was nobody at the front. Customers were standing there waiting while employees focused on everything except the people trying to place orders. You cannot replace customer service with machines and then leave nobody available when those machines don’t do what customers need. Customer service should always come first. Eventually I placed my order: two round eggs, oatmeal, salt and pepper, a fork and knife. The oatmeal should obviously come with a spoon. Then I waited about 15 minutes… for oatmeal and two eggs. While I was waiting, I overheard other customers telling each other to make sure they checked their bags because this location regularly forgets items. I honestly thought they were exaggerating. They weren’t. I finally got my food and checked the bag. Half my order was missing. No eggs. I had to go back inside and wait again because, once again, nobody was at the front. Eventually someone came over, apologized, and handed me the eggs. I walked back to my car. No salt. No pepper. I turned my car off, went back inside, waited again, and asked for the salt and pepper I had already requested. They handed them to me. I got back to my car. No fork. No knife. At that point I gave up. I was on my work break. People don’t come to McDonald’s because they have unlimited free time. We come because it’s supposed to be quick: get in, get your food, and get out. The excuse can’t be that you were busy because you weren’t. There wasn’t a line wrapped around the building. There wasn’t a packed lobby. There was no reason for a simple breakfast order to turn into multiple trips back inside the restaurant. The most concerning part wasn’t even my experience. It was hearing other customers warning each other before I even ordered: “Make sure you check your bag.” Think about how bad that is. Your reputation at this location is apparently that customers expect mistakes and have to verify they actually received everything they paid for. That’s not normal. That’s not acceptable. This location needs serious retraining, better supervision, and actual customer service at the front counter. Missing one item is a mistake. Missing multiple items, forcing customers to make repeated trips back inside, and having other customers openly warn people to check their food is a pattern. Huge red flags. I won’t be coming back to this location unless I have 30 minutes to waste waiting on a basic breakfast order—and even then, I’d probably just go somewhere else.
