She was so sweet and had such an amazing personality that you could literally feel her positive energy through the intercom. That kind of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. She was kind, welcoming, patient, and made the experience feel personal instead of rushed. Sometimes one good interaction can completely change someone’s day, and she honestly made mine better. Thank you, Cynthia, for your kindness and great attitude. McDonald’s is lucky to have someone like you representing their team.
