  Awful McDonalds. Just saw someone have to wait like an hour trying to get their food, because of employee incompetence. They fraudulently claimed she did not pay, but she did, then they said the car in front of her didn't pay like that was her problem? Not only were they making her suffer for someone else's mistake (why are they making other customers have a bad time?? For their own wrongdoing in giving someone else who didn't pay their meal wrongly? Thats the employees fault!) They made her wait forever. Like almost an hour, while refusing to admit they were wrong and review the footage. She asked them to look at the camera and they just neglected to comply or admit their screw up. Eventually they caved meaning they know rhey were friggin wrong. Never going here again. Had a lot of problems with local mcdonalds and rude, negligent, or lying employees, but this took the cake. Then they also THREW OUT a homeless guy, simply based on his looks, which by the way is illegal discrimination I will be reporting to law enforcement and city financial bureaus. Fix your awful employees I'm telling everyone to never go here again now. Your service is so bad that after getting called out about this by people, now the entire community is coming out online to detail the countless Horrors pf your establishment, including serving us food that fell on the floor, so I'm reporting this to the health departments too.

  The young ladies who took my order was very pleasant, and the other young lady who brought the food was very sweet. Her name was Michelle and I hope she keeps that energy about her.

  Staff will talk smack about you in Spanish. Assuming that you can't speak the language when most of us do these days.

  They put my KPOP meal in a regular bag. My kids was so upset. Didn't know the hot chocolate comes with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles. This mcdonald's doesn't add it. Overall good customer service.
