  Each time I come here I sit at the speaker box for 5 minutes before I get my order taken. Recently I requested a syrup with payment in my hand. I got told I need to come inside to pay for syrup the lady at the window refused to give me when I asked for, on top of that I was missing items but this lady refused to come back to the window after she slammed it.

  I ordered breakfast yesterday and today and I won't be ordering from this location ever again. I don't understand how hard is it to read? I ordered two steak and egg bagels twice in a row, with extra breakfast sauce. I expect to see and taste the breakfast sauce. There's none on my sandwich. What's the point of being charged for something that's not going to be put on the sandwich.This location needs to hire people that know how to read!

  THE PARKING LOT WAS TOO DARK. I AM A LITTLE CONCERNED ABOUT THE ENTRANCE/EXIT INTO THE PARKING LOT BECAUSE THE WALKWAY FROM THE LOT IS RIGHT WHERE YOU PULL OFF FROM THE DRIVE THROUGH. ALSO ENTERING IS WHERE THE DRIVE THROUGH EXITS. JUST SEEMS A LITTLE PROBLEMATIC @ TIMES.

  10x out of 10 your food is going to be horrible and cold. Everytime I order from here whether it’s breakfast or lunch the food is old and cold.. I specifically order it fresh/ well done and it never is!! I had to give them quite a number of attempts before I wrote this review and seeing as they are the closest one to my house I end up here hoping they do right but they never do
