  I went to the drive thru at like 1am. I waited 10-15 minutes for a chicken nugget meal. Wouldn’t have been too big of a deal if they had given me the right food. I got a chicken sandwich instead of the 10-piece chicken nugget I ordered (the main reason I was there in the first place). Didn’t fix it at the window because I drove off so quickly before checking my bag (which is my fault, that’s on me, but I was ready to GO), and the line that formed behind me was so damn long that I knew that by the time I got to the window again, about a HALF HOUR would’ve passed by and then I would’ve had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to give me what I ordered. These folks WILL PLAY in your face.

  Great location very convenient. I've only done the drive thru a couple of times and the staff is very friendly. The food is always good never had any problems with the orders.

  Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s tonight. The kids playground area was extremely dirty with garbage everywhere, spilled milk under the tables, and what appeared to be soap or sanitizer spilled on the floor creating a slipping hazard for children. Multiple customers, including myself, were ignored while waiting a long time just to place an order. We still had not even received our food when the manager suddenly told everyone they had to leave the playground because it was closed. I politely asked if my children could at least eat the food we were still waiting on before leaving, but the situation immediately escalated and I ended up requesting a refund instead. The manager, Taisha, handled the situation aggressively instead of professionally. Even another employee witnessed the interaction and suggested filing a complaint. I also personally witnessed what appeared to be underage girls cleaning the playground area, which was concerning. Overall, very poor management, unsafe conditions for families, and terrible customer service. Corporate should review the security footage and address the issues at this location.

  Service was completely horrible seems like the shift is full of kids no type of discipline in the work place. I ordered my food waited almost 20 min inside play land for food they advertise that they bring the food to you but I had to go and get me and my kids food. They was mostly not working in a huddle talking laughing n giggling when I proceeded to ask for the manager a short guy came from the back which he then told me “girl I’m not nobodies parent”.

  People will complain about anything and this McDonald’s is no exception. For a 24 hour location it is good no matter when you go. The food is always good. It can be slow during a rush but most of the people who work here actually care about order quality, accuracy and not just throwing the food at you with a ‘here you go’ and instead say ‘enjoy’ or ‘thank you.’ Granted this location had problems for years. But post pandemic the management has either changed or turned it up on their staff. The two shift managers I’ve seen work at various points both direct the team. Sometimes they get goofy and have fun but it’s a service job that’s how you keep momentum. I’ve been a business owner for 25 years I know leadership when I see it and it starts at the top. Being one of the only remaining playplace locations and as I mentioned - 24 hours - adds even more stress to operations. All said, the only complaint I have is cleanliness and that’s only noteworthy after 10 parents have extracted their category 5 hurricane kids from the play area and left a mess behind FEMA would fond challenging to fix.
