  Se robaron mis audífonos que olvidé y esa misma noche regresé a preguntar,una señora muy amable los guardó pero el personal de otro turno los tomó, estoy muy decepcionada y no volveré.

  The first night I was giving them a break bc it was after a cubs game but we have been there for breakfast and gone for a late night snack for my daughter and literally every time I go there they just yell at you and never get the food right so we always have to go back bc of missing things or things on a sandwich we requested off and they are not friendly at all by far the worst McDonalds experience I have ever had

  If you're looking for the most terrible experience in your life - come here. Literally rude and unqualified staff and manager as well. First of all it was a problem to just communicate with them as they simply don't speak English. Second, is that manager just unqualified and doesn't know that online order made thru the app have different receipts. She tried to convince me that "I'm a manager, I know better", no you're not. Disgusting, dirty and filthy location with terrible customer service.
