  Had a great time and escaped the storm yesterday. Pepo was an amazing waiter and made sure that our visit was every bit of special. Quick to help us if we needed anything and was so unbelievably kind!

  Took my sister here for her birthday and it was a really disappointing experience. Most of items from the menu were not available, the floors and tables were not very clean, we had to wait 20 minutes for a table even though the place wasn't even that busy, and the food was really bland. For how expensive this restaurant is I would expect a lot more. Our server was nice, but I think he was the only one working for the indoor section of the restaurant so he was definitely spread too thin. Overall, really disappointing experience for a fairly expensive meal.

  I was just here and it was so fun! The food and drinks were awesome. Our waiter Pepo was so great and truly made our experience. 10/10 would recommend this place! Hopefully you’ll get lucky and get him as your waiter!!

  If I could give negative points or a zero rating, I would. Everything was fine right up until the drinks arrived. Then we tried to order burgers, only to be told that neither burgers nor sandwiches were available—apparently because the restaurant is connected to a food court where both items are offered. Fine, so we tried to order steak instead—but that wasn't possible either, as they didn't have any in stock. You’d think they could at least inform customers about things like this when seating them. But no—instead, they let you order drinks first, and *then* tell you that half the menu isn't available. To top it all off, the service was absolutely lackluster. I will definitely never set foot in this place again. I can only recommend that everyone just go eat somewhere else right from the start. We’ve visited various Margaritaville locations in the past, but we have never encountered such incompetence. In Germany, we have a word for a place like this: a "dump."

  We had a disappointing experience at Margaritaville. It took a long time to be seated, and while the new hire who helped us was very kind, the more experienced staff came across as dismissive. Because of the delay, we ended up just ordering drinks instead of food. Even after being seated, service remained slow—we had to wait a while for the table, and when we asked for water, we were ignored and had to go up and ask directly. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and inconsistent service took away from what should have been an enjoyable visit.
