We ordered Garlic Knots, Skinny Deep Dish, and the Chocolate Cake.
The Garlic Knots are made with a croissant dough with a dollop of their garlic cream and parm on top served with a steaming hot side of marinara. Calling them “garlic knots” is generous as there was no garlic taste and felt like eating a croissant with tomato soup: do not recommend.
However, the star of the show here is their skinny deep dish pizza. This was fantastic! Slightly less dough than their deep dish and tastes like a top notch pan pizza: Recommend!
Lastly, the chocolate cake, do not order this. This tasted like store bought box cake with a questionable consistency of chocolate butter. There are several better places in Chicago for chocolate cake, don’t waste it here.
Ambience: nothing special, furniture is worn at the Michigan Ave location, but the Fulton Market spot looks a lot nicer.
Service: Also nothing special but they were fast.

I've visited here several times over the years and today was my first time trying their version of deep dish. Personally speaking as a Chicago Native whose lived here most of my life I prefer the other restaurants for deep dish and I don't want to sound ungrateful but the outer crust of my pizza was burnt and even though I love a good crunchy crust I don't enjoy tasting burnt anything.
I chose the cheese plain once I noticed that each additional topping was above the $3 mark and the smallest plain deep dish you can order starts at $22. There was nothing extraordinary about the sauce just the taste of salty tomatoes 🍅 and I would have preferred more cheese since technically it's supposed to be deep dish however to me it's more like a thin style pan pizza 🍕 not traditional deep dish.
Service was great but I was very disappointed after dining here from 3:30 to 4:30pm that the waitstaff didn't suggest happy hour menu. I only noticed that option from a sign that faced backwards once I left. When I called a manager fifteen minutes later and questioned why no one suggested happy hour pricing she explained happy hour prices are only offered to guests dining in the pub area only where the High top tables are. So in essence you aren't allowed the happy hour options if you want to sit outside to people watch. I have no idea why they have this policy. Most people like dining outside during the summer.
Altogether my dog thoroughly enjoyed his two slices of pizza 🍕 and didn't get sick from it. I found the pizza to be a bit on the bland side and a tad too expensive to not include toppings.
Great service friendly staff but not the most exciting deep dish.

Social media kept recommending famous deep-dish places, but after reading a lot of Reddit reviews, I noticed locals kept saying the same thing: skip the tourist traps and go to Labriola. They were right.
We ordered the small Deep Dish Burrata pizza, and it was incredible. Don’t let the “small” fool you it easily feeds 2–3 people. We ended up taking half of it home.
We also had the goat cheese and tomato appetizer with toasted bread, and it was just as good.
We’ve tried quite a few places in Chicago during this trip, and this ended up being our favorite meal. If you only have time for one deep-dish pizza, I’d choose Labriola without hesitation.

I was actually at Stan’s for breakfast and saw a young couple sitting outside this restaurant eating what they had purchased from Stan’s as well. I went to sit down to eat also. The man from the restaurant came out and told me I had to leave. The tables were only for Labriola customers. He didn’t make them leave. He has now kicked a family out as well but never said a word to the young couple. Young and attractive can stay but older people cannot. I will never come back.

It was a busy Saturday night. We waiting about 20 minutes for our table. We ordered the Rigatoni allá vodka and when we received our meal it was shells. I wasn’t sure if that was the correct dish, as the waiters seemed to be delivering the wrong items to 2 separate tables. Our waiters said it was correct and I said that it was shells and not rigatoni and he said oh yeah someone else said the same thing and kept walking! Fine, the sauce was really really flavorful! We enjoyed it very much and probably would come back for the pasta. Had read good reviews about their pizza and we ordered the Margherita Artisan pizza. The sauce was a bit sweet and we prefer savory. It just tasted like sweet tomato paste. Kind of burnt sauce. Not much flavor but the sweetness is what stuck out to both of us. Not our style of sauce but others probably enjoy this sweet yet acidic sauce. The drinks were ok, should have just ordered a beer. Not sure I’d be back, but glad I finally got to try it after so many years!
