  This is not my first time eating here, the cashier's are always nice and respectful to me,and the food is awesome, my favorite is the teriyaki chicken spicy 😋 👌

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 UPDATED REVIEW: I wanted to update my original review because Koto Hibachi completely turned my experience around. After sharing my concerns, the owner reached out and genuinely took the time to listen to my feedback. They went above and beyond to make things right, and that level of customer service deserves recognition. My wife and I returned on 6/19 and I must say the food was everything it wqs meant to be; fresh, flavorful, and cooked exactly as requested (SHOUT TO THE CHEFS). More importantly, Brittany was professional, warm and welcoming (lovely smile btw). She was very attentive. They truly care about their customers and the quality of their business. Not every restaurant responds to criticism with action, but Koto Hibachi did. The owner took accountability, addressed the issues, and earned back my trust. That speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. I'm extremely happy with how everything was handled and will gladly be returning in the future (SOON). 10/10 HIGHLY RECCOMEND. Last but not least ALWAYS TIP!!!!! ❤️ ****** OLD REVIEW: I was very excited to try this place when my wife found it online. Upon walking in, I noticed that it was pretty clean which is a plus and Diamond (woman at the register) has good customer service (A bonus). I ordered the vegetable bowl which consisted of broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and onions. The bowl for my vegetables was a very small portion, which is a bit mind blowing since I've tried a similar place in Cali (Steaks LA) and they gave me a huge bowl of veggies which is great because as humans, we NEED the veggies. My wife ordered the Koto combo which consisted of shrimp, chicken, steak and rice. We began eating and was immediately hit with disappointment. My wife asked for her steak to be cooked medium well, but they cooked it to be well done which caused it to be a bit chewy. She also stated that the shrimp was overcooked. My vegetables were ok. A little salt and pepper would have went a long way and the noodles were a tad bit on the salty side. As time goes on, I hope the owner take some time out to read the reviews, acknowledge the comments and apply the feedback......if able.

  Updatded Review (6/19/26)- Brittany was wonderful and so welcoming. The restaurant was clean (just like our last visit). I ordered the Koto Combo again with a side of noodles. The food was cooked so much better this time around. The steak, chicken, and shrimp were nicely seasoned. The vegetables had a good crunch, and the noodles were not too salty or oily. I appreciate them listening to their customers feedback and my wife and I look forward to coming again soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (6/13/26) - Amazing customer service from Diamond, however the food was not. I ordered the Koto Combo (steak, chicken, shrimp, and veggies) with a side of noodles. I asked for medium steak and I got tough jerky, and the shrimp was overcooked. The chicken was well seasoned. The noodles were very greasy & salty. My wife's veggie bowl was ok, just needed a little more salt & pepper. I don't have to come back.

  Ariel was amazing took my order took her time with me and delivered the food just melts in my mouth but the best part is the atmosphere and I thank Ariel for that she always at front and handles all calls and orders and verifies the orders before handing them out she is amazing she should be a model

  The first time I ordered it was late at night so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I decided to try again, during the middle of the day, same order. Chicken Teriyaki Bowl. Was hardly edible. The rice was super greasy and super salty again. The veges seemed old (not crunchy) and the chicken was dry.
