    There were only a few pieces of meat on the #11 turkey ham and provolone sandwich. I couldn't believe it. The lettuce was sparse and barely there too. I've been eating Jimmy John's since the '90s and the sandwiches have never been so skimpy. Not sure if this happened because of the discount, but it was very disappointing... first bite to finish.

    this location is freaky SLOW!!!! Twice now i have ordered delivery from the app and order has taken over an hour to arrive - from less than half a mile away!!!!

    Service is slow as hell, I ordered a sandwich thru the app an hour ago, been in not a long line for 30 min only to be told that my sandwich is still being worked on but email said it was ready! Cashier was so not friendly or welcoming just saying go ahead with the order

    This Jimmy John’s location is extremely unprofessional and consistently gets orders wrong. Honestly, I don’t even know why I keep coming back time after time when my order keeps getting messed up. During my most recent visit, I went through the drive-thru to pick up an online order and wasn’t greeted at all just told “go ahead with your order” twice, without any acknowledgment of what I said. While I was at the speaker, I could clearly hear employees laughing in the background, which was very disrespectful. The employee with brown twists in particular had a noticeably poor attitude during the interaction. When I pulled up to the window, I was met with unwelcoming looks as if I had done something wrong, simply for picking up my order. Between the constant order mistakes and the lack of basic customer service, this location seriously needs better management and staff training. I will not be returning unless there are major improvements.

    If you have limited amount of time. Avoid this location. Obvious feud between the staff. Lazy and full of attitude.
