    This is by far the worst Jimmy John’s location I have ever visited! Are you making sandwiches or tacos? The sandwiches are sloppy, poorly assembled, and completely inconsistent with the quality I’ve come to expect from Jimmy John’s. The vegetables are unevenly cut, the cheese slices are too thick, and even the bread tastes different. There is absolutely no consistency in the preparation or presentation. When I saw this location being built, I was genuinely excited to finally have a Jimmy John’s in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, it has been a huge disappointment. This location desperately needs proper training and oversight. The employees need to be taught how to prepare sandwiches according to the same standards as other Jimmy John’s locations. Consistency is one of the main reasons customers choose a franchise, and this location is falling far short of those expectations. I shouldn’t have to travel to another Jimmy John’s just to get a sandwich made the way it’s supposed to be. Management needs to address this. and the compliance manager or whoever addresses the concerns you might as well not even respond to this review because you’re not doing anything about it as I see my experience is consistent with many reviews before me and it’s still going on… going forward, I’ll fill out a complaint form to Jimmy John’s corporate that’s what everybody else needs to do as well. You’re making this franchise look bad and the neighborhood because other big chains will not wanna come in stop serving slop train your people!!!

    The female cashier was great, friendly and welcoming. Love her customer service.. But the food portion was horrible. My tuna sandwich had like 1 small spoon of tuna all lumped in the middle of the sandwich. My "extra" pickles was 3 thin slices. I didnt ask to add pickles, I wanted EXTRA... 😔 whoever made the sandwich is so skimpy. Not sure if its the owner's intention to be cheap or not. But the portion size is sooo bad.

    This place always makes my sandwich is wrong. I asked for extra and I pay extra and they never give me extra. They never pay attention to what they’re doing on the order. They’re missing stuff always and it’s always at night that person that makes the sandwiches.hopefully they do better cause I love the food but every time I order, hopefully think everything’s correct then when I get home, it’s wrong. Very disappointing
