  I order online but the ingredients add it’s not there and I 15 dollar for the meal not worth it untill they have to change the staff

  They don't have veggie sandwiches options with vegetables variety, the put less veggies in sandwich which doesn't make value for money ,just basic bread and some veggie.Need to have good options with nice deals

  The staff here are great, always friendly and remember your name. The food is always made well and quickly, never a wait when I go here, even for lunch.

  I placed a pickup order for several sandwiches for my staff, but every single one was poorly prepared—containing only a single slice of meat and no condiments. After calling 3x to try and speak with the manager the employee finally told me the manager was in the building but was too busy speak with me. I asked her to explain the situation to the manager so she put me on hold and explained the situation to the manger/owner. She eventually told me that they would replace the sandwiches at a later date to make up for the bad order and to avoid a refund. I was happy, all was good. Fast forward two weeks, I try to make good on the offer and now the owner/manager only wants to give me one sandwich to make up the 4 poorly made sandwiches. No thanks. Save yourself the trouble and spend your money at a small business that will appreciate your patronage. Avoid this JJs. TL;DR - Sandwiches had one slice of meat and dry due to forgetting to add condiments - Manager avoided speaking with customer - Customer was offered 4 free sandwiches to make up for the error. - 2 weeks later, manager/owner decided to change offer to only one sandwich instead of the promised 4.
