- DDDecency1May 14, 20263.0I’m writing this more as feedback for the owner than simply a bad review. On 05/14/2026 around 10:59 AM, I ordered a tuna club and asked Calvin to make it a combo. He seemed to pretend he didn’t understand the word “combo,” even though he had no problem understanding the rest of my order. English is very good for me, and although I may have a VERY LIGHT accent, I’ve studied and lived here for years. When I asked if I had said something incorrectly, he responded with “I think so.” The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and singled out because of my accent. I understand misunderstandings can happen, but I hope management pays close attention to the laguitic racisim and how customers are treated, especially when accents or language differences are involved. Respectful communication goes a long way, and no customer should leave feeling dismissed or embarrassed over the way they speak.
