I’m writing this more as feedback for the owner than simply a bad review. On 05/14/2026 around 10:59 AM, I ordered a tuna club and asked Calvin to make it a combo. He seemed to pretend he didn’t understand the word “combo,” even though he had no problem understanding the rest of my order. English is very good for me, and although I may have a VERY LIGHT accent, I’ve studied and lived here for years. When I asked if I had said something incorrectly, he responded with “I think so.” The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and singled out because of my accent. I understand misunderstandings can happen, but I hope management pays close attention to the laguitic racisim and how customers are treated, especially when accents or language differences are involved. Respectful communication goes a long way, and no customer should leave feeling dismissed or embarrassed over the way they speak.

Big fan of JJs, but not this location. There must be limited quality control because I’d say 50% of my orders from this location are incorrect, the bottom of the bread is hard, or the sandwich is made sloppy with abnormal JJ’s proportions.

It was an adequate sandwich. I basically got what we'd call a hoagie in Philadelphia. It was fine
