    Genuinely stupid experience. We just wanted our sandwich toasted and was told no because “corporate says so”? It’s a sandwich shop. Just put it in the toaster. I don’t know why we can’t come in and order a sandwich how we want it…. -100 Jimmy John’s experience out of sheer stupidity
