  Ordered delivery directly from the website, driver forgot items. When I called the store the manager was very dismissive and told me they cold only credit me and the credit could ONLY be used be calling in the order. Super ridiculous that that is the only resolution they have for orders placed directly with them. Refused to have a drink delivered and refused to take any accountability for the services they hire.

  The new employee needs more basic training. This morning I ordered a turkey tom at a location at the west loop. A young lady made it and handed two pieces of halves directly to me with no paper bag, no napkins. It is only because I asked her to cut in half. What a terrible service!

  Used this Jimmy John’s in between classes and the subs were always good. I’ve moved away and accidentally ordered here. When I called they didn’t charge me a thing to cancel. No hassle either.
