    I am writing to bring attention to a significant breakdown in hospitality and service standards at this location. During my recent visit, I was assisted by a male employee (Caucasian, heavy-set, with a scruffy appearance) whose conduct fell incredibly short of what should be expected from any customer-facing role. Hospitality relies on consistent, wholesome service delivered with a professional attitude and a genuine smile. Unfortunately, this employee lacked basic engagement and seemed entirely uninterested in providing a welcoming environment. More concerning, however, was a distinct lack of equality in how people are treated. Service standards should be uniform across the board, yet there is a noticeable disparity in how this employee interacts with different individuals—specifically failing to afford the same level of respect and basic courtesy to couriers and everyday customers alike. Customer service should never be selective, conditional, or dependent on who is standing on the other side of the counter. Every single person walking through the door deserves the exact same standard of professional respect. Operational consistency and fair treatment are the fundamentals of good business. I hope management addresses these service gaps with the staff to ensure that standard hospitality and baseline equality are practiced consistently by everyone on shift.

    Food is always good but ordered a number 7 for my fiancés lunch and a number 10 for myself. When I get to splitting the sandwiches, I grab the wrapped sandwich which is labeled #10, but when I get home and open the sandwich, it was the number 7 sandwich! Kind of a letdown to spend 20+ dollars on 2 sandwiches and then have them mislabeled. Thanks

    They don't deliver to every location. I have no way of transportation to get there and they happen to not deliver to my location. Fun.
