    I really enjoy this jimmy johns, while it’s in a pretty hectic area I have always gotten my sandwich very quickly (even during the lunch rush) with all my correct customizations.

    Today at 12:45, after waiting about 5 minutes, I noticed everyone who ordered after me was getting their sandwich. I asked at the counter for it and was told we'll make it now after they whispered amongst themselves. Didn't even have all of the ingredients in sandwich. No apology or thank you or anything. They gave away my sandwich to wrong customer and got another person's order wrong, he left annoyed also. Terrible customer service.
