After waiting while he finished a call on order I received my order. When I got to work and opened the sandwich. The bread was stale and very hard. This had to be over a few days old Unsatisfactory and unacceptable. The man preparing this had to know how hard the bread was. Cmon man why do we treat each other this way

Now they’ve been using Uber to make their deliveries, and today it took over 50 minutes. Previous time took over 40 and had to call in to find out the driver canceled but they’d “get it to me somehow”. I hope they go back to their own delivery.

What really stands out is the consistency. There’s another Jimmy John’s across the street from where I work in the suburbs, and even when I order the exact same sandwich and quarter-cut pickles, it’s not even close. This location absolutely knocks it out of the park. The food is fresh, the sandwiches are made right, and the overall experience is always excellent. Thanks for providing the best Jimmy John’s experience around. I’ll definitely be back soon!
