  This location used to be so fast - I’d get my order delivered in 10 min as my office is just a few blocks away. Now they’ve been using Uber to make their deliveries, and today it took over 50 minutes. Previous time took over 40 and had to call in to find out the driver canceled but they’d “get it to me somehow”. I hope they go back to their own delivery.

  I live in the area, and this location is also right on my route home from work, so I stop in periodically. Every time, the sandwiches are outstanding. What really stands out is the consistency. There’s another Jimmy John’s across the street from where I work in the suburbs, and even when I order the exact same sandwich and quarter-cut pickles, it’s not even close. This location absolutely knocks it out of the park. The food is fresh, the sandwiches are made right, and the overall experience is always excellent. Thanks for providing the best Jimmy John’s experience around. I’ll definitely be back soon!

  BEWARE - they use Uber to deliver and as a result, it takes 45-minutes for deliveries

  I’m not sure who this new person is but he needs to seriously get talked to. I’m not sure what his problem is but he has an attitude out of this world but the way he was talking to some of the customers in there was not acceptable. If he doesn’t like his job maybe he should be somewhere else. There’s people that would love to have his job. On top of him being on his cell phone the whole time he begins cursing out loud, like screaming. He surely had me and another gentleman uncomfortable. I’m not sure what his name is but he is on the shorter side, has dreads and wears a bandanna. This surely makes me not want to stop at this Jimmy John’s. Someone needs to teach him to have some manners and teach him about customer service or this Jimmy John’s is going to lose its clientele. I won’t be back here for a while. It’s crazy because I’ve been coming to this Jimmy John’s for months now and I’m familiar with all the staff. The reason why I come is because all the staff here are so welcoming and the quality of the food is great.
