    Pick literally any other restaurant around here and youll have a better experience. Chairs are stood up for the night after 7pm when they close at 10pm; they wait till you get in the store to start making your online order; run out of ingredients early on like bread. This might be good during the day, but the night shift ruin this place. Canceled my most recent order and won't be returning.

    Absolutely unacceptable. I specifically requested contactless delivery and instructed that my order be left outside. Instead, the driver OPENED MY DOOR AND WALKED INTO MY HOME without permission. Management’s response was that he is “fairly new” and they explained to him why entering a customer’s home is inappropriate. Are you kidding me? You need to train an adult man not to let himself into a woman’s home? He is extremely lucky I didn’t call the police. This wasn’t a delivery mistake. A stranger entered my home without my permission, and Jimmy John’s treated it like a coaching opportunity. Completely insane. Management response from District Manager JeDon Williams below: Hello Katie, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the experience you had during your recent delivery. We understand how unsettling it must have been to learn that our driver entered your home, especially after you had instructed that your order be left outside the door. Please know that we have addressed this situation directly with the employee. We took the opportunity to explain why entering a customer's home under any circumstances is not appropriate and reviewed our delivery expectations and procedures with him. He is a fairly new employee, but regardless of experience, we made it clear that respecting our guests' homes, privacy, and instructions is essential. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what happened, as it allows us to coach our team and help prevent situations like this from occurring again. Your feedback is important, and we are committed to providing a safe and respectful experience for every guest. Again, we sincerely apologize for this incident and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

    So I love Jimmy John’s don’t get me wrong but going in without having my glasses on was a big mistake because I can’t actually see if my sandwich is being made correctly I ordered a beach club toasted she forgot to toast but offered to make the sandwich over I didn’t want to wait so she gave me extra turkey they were super sweet & I guess I could understand why she forgot because I did customize my sandwich but y’all I got home & discovered no cucumbers on my beach sub 😭 you have to closely watch because I think when you customize a classic sandwich they forget how the original sandwich is made I’m not mad about it though it was me who added extras (oil, vinegar, oregano, onions, extra mayo) I still ate though didn’t want to bother them by taking it back they were super nice about it though so I’ll be back but with my glasses on so I cam observe everything 😂
