  Avoid this place at all costs. I placed an on line order for pick up on 4.23.26. 30 minutes later at 7PM I went to the the store for pick up. There were 3 staff members working. One cleaning the seating area. Two working behind the counter. When I arrived the woman behind the counter asked if I had an on line order. I confirmed. She said she was working on the second of two sandwiches. Just then two guys came in to the the store. The woman making the sandwiches seem to know them. Played "grab ass" with them. Stopped making the sandwich. Went to her car that was parked out front. Grabbed something out of it and then left with the guys....in the middle of finishing the order!! Wow. My order was finally completed, but, wow, this place is so bad. It's not our first time ordering from this location. Each time I try to give it another chance. How hard is it to serve us a sandwich? Well, they consistently under deliver at this location!! It will be our last. Please avoid this one!!!

  Hands down worst Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. Cashier could barely work the register and formulate sentences, confusing every customer in line. Girl making the sandwich stopped a few times to converse, left her post when her friends came, leading to my sandwich getting very burnt and them having to remake it. I have been here for 30 minutes. Again, worst Jimmy John’s I have ever been to.

  Just came out this sandwich shop, and i can tell this place has some good vives and the staff work along really well and very informative about the menu , sandwich was fresh and tasty
