  This is the second time I ordered giant beach club and it didn’t have turkey! First time was in another location a month ago… I read online they are in turkey shortage, but at least they have to tell the customer we don’t have turkey. Fist time I passed, and thought its just a mistake, but second time is not okay.

  Used to order from these guys for years and they were 'freaky fast'. Not no mo! I don't think its making the sandwiches, I think its their inability to staff drivers/ delivery folk.

  I typically post reviews when I've had a positive experience. However, the three sandwiches we got today were so terrible, I feel obligated to say something. When you order two slims for 2 picky children, you know what to expect. I did not expect brick hard bread and limp cucumbers. When I got my Turkey Tom on wheat, I thought they made a mistake and gave me a kids sandwich too. I haven't been to Jimmy John's since pre-COVID times, but Jesus. The thing was a 1/3 smaller compared to last time. Same price, of course. Please see my photo of my pathetic one-layer-of-turkey sandwich next to a pocket-sized hand sanitizer bottle.
