- FTFlora TaylorOct 12, 20261.0I ordered a gargantuan. Sprit. Chips and a pickle ,for delivery. My total was 25.84 . I gave the person a 20 a 5 and a 1 dollar bill. Jimmy John's called me and said he said l only gave him 21 dollars and could he come back to get 5 dollars. I told her I gave him. 26 dollars I start to think . He lied on me. Called them back told them I didn't like that, it upset me. I told them I gave him a 20 a five and 1 dollar bill. It only 3 bills he seen them and held all 3 in his hand. I don't put them together , l gave them to him separately. I was so upset couldn't think or hear what she was staying. Finally I heard her say she was sorry and I been coming there for a long time. You wouldn't believe this I eat my sandwich the bread was hard and it had hot peppers on it and doesn't come with any type of peppers on it at all. I didn't call them back to let them know this No way after I was lined on . Accused of short changing the delivery person out of 5 dollars.and my enjoy my food. I am to upset I didn't want to hear anything they had to say I am done , done

After a fun filled day at Millennium Park we decided to have lunch at Jimmy John’s however this location didn’t have restroom to wash our hands and they sent us to McDonald’s across the street. As a family we decided not to return and had lunch somewhere else.
