  I have a sandwich here 2-3 time a week. Always come in between 3-4 PM and always have a great experience. Very clean store and the employees are all very friendly and welcoming. This has become my favorite Jimmy John’s location.

  I usually don’t review chain locations but wanted to leave one for this place. I typically get a sandwich here for lunch once a week or so as my office is around the corner. The service is exceptional every time and the staff are always kind and helpful. I also appreciate the plaque which sits on the wall adjacent the register, which I now know to read what is known as The Parable of The Mexican Fisherman, which is ironically set inside a location in the epicenter of corporate Chicago. I’d encourage any visitor to give it a read the next time they stop in.

  I did not feel welcomed or treated fair it was Hispanic or Mexican girls in there working and I was treated very weirdly they made faces when I was ordering my food like they didn’t want to service me and didn’t offer me a bag after I ordered a lot of food and seem to be as if she didn’t want to give me one I don’t come downtown often but they me feel uncomfortable I don’t want to say it’s a race thing but I Definitely was treated differently then other customers everywhere I went down town Especially this place
