  total rip off for the veggie sandwich. Literally every other sandwich place on planet earth makes a better one with more ingredients.

  This location has the worst management. I placed an order over an hour ago and just called because I have not received any notification of my order status and the “manager” answering said it could be up to another hour before they deliver because they keep running out of bread and meat. I’m sorry but you’re a sandwich shop, bread and meat are your only options. So much for “freaky fast”.

  I live a block away and walk into this JJ's regularly. While I agree that it's not perfectly clean and the team members aren't quite as friendly as other locations I have visited, I have never once had a problem with anyone being rude or the food being anything less than what I expect. My order has never been incorrect in over 50 visits, but I also don't get delivery or order in advance so I can't vouch for that aspect. I found the reviews for this location surprising as I have never had a bad experience, enough that I felt compelled to leave my own. It's a fine Jimmy Johns, not the best, but not the worst I've seen for sure. New toasted sandwiches have all been great when I've had them.

  It's a dirty location and the employees are rude/absent, they don't speak and just look at you, just install Kiosks,they have more personality. Food at JJ has declined significantly,the meat is slimy and gross the last two times I have been there, wilted lettuce ,and bread tasted old. They no longer have a place in my life and are insignificant,there are thousands of other places that overcharge,but the food is good. Premium prices for below average at best food.
