The chips saw me and walked behind the counter into the back as I was walking up and their door was locked. I waited there, they saw me and they were just hiding in the back. Wasted my time driving here to try and pick up dinner for me and my kids, when you were supposed to be open.

I get the same order for myself a roast beef double meat big John unwich. This time when I ordered it was 1/4 the typical size. I NEVER call into places but this is my food for the whole day. We spoke to the manager and she said I could drive in to have it remade. I can’t leave. I told her that and she a said there was nothing she could do and hung up on me. This is a $17 sand which. This was now. She said she was the night time manager. She was rude.

I get out of work late and show up at 8:30 but they claim to close at 9. They don’t. They just seem not to care and will close when they want to. Then you call and they hang up on you. It’s too bad there isn’t another jimmy John’s nearby.
