  The incorrect order was delivered to my place, I ordered on the app. I called the manager to try to resolve it and have the correct sandwich sent to me. The manager was unwilling to resolve the error and blamed the app for it. Pretty disappointed, I was happy to give them the incorrect sandwich back to ensure I received my correct order. Will not order from this Jimmy John’s ever again…

  Great services by Steve! Told me all about the rewards and made me a great sandwich. He was so helpful, patient and super nice. Thank you Steve and team for making my sub super late at night.

  I went to this location for the first time today and just needed bread(jimmy John’s bread is good). The little kid at the register refused service because they only had two trays of bread. I have been going to jimmy John’s since I was a child to get a sandwich or just loaves of bread since it’s so delicious! When I went to purchase bread today and was refused I was so baffled. It only shows the laziness of the staff to not wanting to keep up with the flow of consumers needs. Hopefully this does not happen to any other customers going forward. Unfortunately I will not be going to this location ever again.
