    Employees were cold and distant. The service not rude but not welcoming and definitely gave a demeanor they don’t want customers or people . Let’s just say I won’t be back and I didn’t sit down to eat . Edit: I also realized they boosted their prices way more than everyone else

    I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this Jimmy John’s 5109 n Clark. After spending my hard\-earned money as a paying customer, I was made to feel disrespected and belittled when all I was trying to do was use the restroom\. The closing manager’s attitude was unacceptable\. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism and basic customer service, I was yelled at and made to feel extremely small and embarrassed\. No customer should feel humiliated or disrespected after supporting a business\. I understand employees have rules and responsibilities, but there is a respectful way to communicate with people. The way this situation was handled was unnecessary and left me feeling like I was not valued as a customer I hope management and corporate take the time to address how customers are being treated at this location And I would like to add I have everything on video, even how he was rude to his coworker telling them to stop talking and move out his way!

    $12 for JUST a Turkey Tom sandwich has made sure that’ll be the first and only time I’ll ever patronize this and other Jimmy John’s. Taste of Lebanon around the corner gives you a shawarma wrap, with extra chicken, for just over $10. Outrageously greedy.

    Prices are diabolical here compared to other Jimmy John’s in the city. The franchise owner of this location is clearly just greedy. There is NO REASON I should be paying $30 for two fast food subs.
