  Last night July 4, they got my order completely wrong, even though I repeated myself 3x, so I go back today, and they tell me they're out of bread, ok so I check back in a hour later, let's try their wheat, now, not only are they still outta bread, but they said I can't order my ultimate porker, because we're outta ham as well . Jimmy John's do better! I won't be coming back

  The fact that this store has a 2.9 star average is very telling. When I come in, I get the same order which is not complicated at all yet It seems that the people making my sandwich don’t know what they’re doing. How does one get a turkey Tom But forget the most important part, which is actually adding turkey? I received a sandwich the other day that had a piece of turkey about the size of a dollar bill. It was very heavy on the cheese that I added, and had a freezer taste to it. Along with the fact that the male staff are very rude and act like they don’t want be there

  This location charges WAY more than the location that is 5mins away. ($5 more for the same exact sandwich) And when I asked the gentleman about the price difference, he shrugged with attitude. Why would people choose to come here? You're paying more, and you get treated like dirt. Will not be back.

  I was told to wait a second at the register by a male employee while an employee who was mopping was summoned by the first to take my order. I see the male employee a lot, but I've never seen him make a sandwich or do anything besides greet customers. A third employee who was also performing cleaning tasks was loudly coughing open mouthed without covering as she moved about the store. It was then the second employee took my order, but did not wash her hands in between handling the mop and mop bucket and donning gloves to make my sandwich. I through my order away as I left in disgust. I would like a full refund.

  Began coughing and hacking as he handed me my food. I don’t think they should be serving food if the staff is sick to that extent.
