Every sandwich was wrong. The lady at the cash register recited the order back to me but put it wrong on the register? Like how? They don’t know what a protein-packed menu is. They have it on their app at this location, yet kept arguing with me. Horrible.

- NNneelamshiva2002Jul 11, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at Jimmy John's. I went to the store hungry and ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. When it was time to pay, I offered a $100 bill, but the employees told me they would not accept $100 or $50 bills because they did not have enough change. What frustrated me most was the way the situation was handled. Not everyone carries smaller bills, and some customers may only have larger denominations available. Instead of trying to help or offering a reasonable solution, I felt like the staff did not care about customer service or my situation as a paying customer. I understand that businesses may have policies regarding large bills, but customers should be treated with respect and courtesy. Being told that I could not purchase food and feeling dismissed while I was simply trying to buy a meal was very frustrating. Jimmy John's should make sure employees handle these situations more professionally and consider how their policies affect customers. A better attitude and stronger focus on customer service would go a long way toward improving the customer experience.
