  There is always a service issue in some way here. Final for us was today after having an order not be ready in 30min. Worst is once checked in to store with no other customers, soon arriving customers received orders as they ordered. Got refunded but its not worth it related to how the store is managed.

  While i enjoyed my food and the fact that people there were friendly, I didn’t appreciate an employee grabbing my water bottle while I was filling it with ice. I had already asked an employee if I could fill it, in which she responded yes. While I was filling my bottle, this elder woman grabbed my bottle which is a huge no for me. I am deaf and I do not like unfamiliar people touching my items, especially the thing that I use to drink my water from. She could have approached it differently, like tap on my shoulder and gesture. Please let your employees that they should not touch personal items. Thank you

  I’ve been going here for lunch quite often and it hits every time. Great for IIT students since it’s both better and cheaper than anything you can get on campus, plus it’s within walking distance. Always get the toasted bread, and always order on the app since you can add a bunch of extra toppings to your sandwich for free.
