    I went in for a mobile order i made an hour prior l, got there and had to wait an hour AGAIN while being told that they were starting the order the whole time. The young lady who was I’m assuming the manager on duty was very rude very unprofessional.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Jimmy John's. I went to the store hungry and ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. When it was time to pay, I offered a $100 bill, but the employees told me they would not accept $100 or $50 bills because they did not have enough change. What frustrated me most was the way the situation was handled. Not everyone carries smaller bills, and some customers may only have larger denominations available. Instead of trying to help or offering a reasonable solution, I felt like the staff did not care about customer service or my situation as a paying customer. I understand that businesses may have policies regarding large bills, but customers should be treated with respect and courtesy. Being told that I could not purchase food and feeling dismissed while I was simply trying to buy a meal was very frustrating. Jimmy John's should make sure employees handle these situations more professionally and consider how their policies affect customers. A better attitude and stronger focus on customer service would go a long way toward improving the customer experience.

    There is always a service issue in some way here. Final for us was today after having an order not be ready in 30min. Worst is once checked in to store with no other customers, soon arriving customers received orders as they ordered. Got refunded but its not worth it related to how the store is managed.

    While i enjoyed my food and the fact that people there were friendly, I didn’t appreciate an employee grabbing my water bottle while I was filling it with ice. I had already asked an employee if I could fill it, in which she responded yes. While I was filling my bottle, this elder woman grabbed my bottle which is a huge no for me. I am deaf and I do not like unfamiliar people touching my items, especially the thing that I use to drink my water from. She could have approached it differently, like tap on my shoulder and gesture. Please let your employees that they should not touch personal items. Thank you
