Today I made the mistake of not looking closely at a party tray of meat while shopping in store & found GREY salami & the pepperoni bag in the tray was also punctured/spoiled. This is the third time I've spent money on spoiled food!

- JJJoeJul 30, 20261.0Alright y'all you finally made me do it. This grocery store is Fine. It's a normal average grocery store. If you live nearby, it's a fine grocery store to use. IF you try to use their delivery service, you might as well just chop your arm off; it'll be about as pleasant an experience. They will either 1) not have half of what you ordered and attempt to replace those things with things that are twice as expensive and/or half as much volume, or 2) somehow deliver completely wrong items or NOT deliver your items even though they are tagged with your name. I just got delivered 24 Modelos for no reason. Jackpot right? Except they also failed to deliver about $50 (~1/3rd the value of the entire order) worth of just about every expensive item we ordered. This is the THIRD time this has happened in the last year. The best part? The only way to reach customer service is a 'chat' function in the app, which also did not work for me. I was forced to request a refund rather than get the actual items I ordered delivered to me. I give up y'all, and you should too.
- ECEric CampbellJul 16, 20263.0I mostly shop for produce here, but if you go in the evening some fresh produce sections can get pretty barren, and I found some moldy strawberries still on the shelf. They also sometimes don't update their signage if producd runs out, so the posted prices can occasionally be missing or misleading. There was also a small pallet of hamburger buns sitting on top of the nuts section for some reason. On the plus side if you clip digital coupons jewel has very good prices on produce, but you get what you pay for I suppose. The employees I've interacted with were all nice.
