  I love to shop in the morning Mon-Fri. The morning staff which are primarily woman are wonderful. Butcher Block & Deli have always been great. Only four stars are going out because a person who does nothing but diary on weekdays and all the produce people are unapproachable. Check expiration dates though. Especially lunchmeat. The person who deserves 5 stars is the Manager Liz. She's fantastic and not afraid to get her hands dirty. She bags, sweeps, goes out for shopping carts and treats all her customers wonderfully.

  Dandra jewel osco Naperville. True rock stars!! I lost the key to my Honda, I never thought anybody would find it, nor did I think of calling Jewel, but God lead the way and blessed me. Always God in all ways...and the Naperville Jewel. Ps. Apologies for not being able to remember the finders name but bless your heart ❤️🇺🇲

  I was here tonight August 9. The frozen pizza freezers are noot cold enough, all of the pizzas are flexible. These things happen, but get it fixed! Last time I was here, about 2 weeks ago, the same situation, flexible frozen pizzas. The store management must realize this when it is going on for at least weeks. It makes me not trust any of their other frozen or refrigerated products. I put ice cream back because there was a suspicious condensation inside the ice cream freezer windows as well.

  Store is understaffed, they need to hire more people to work during weekend rushes. They also need to correct prices that are frequently rung up at a different price.

  On June 23, 2026, I visited the Jewel-Osco located at 4729 N. Central Ave., and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service I received from Jose in the floral department. Jose was so pleasant, welcoming, and genuinely kind, and his warmth truly stood out. I was putting together a bouquet of flowers for my nail tech's birthday and asked if he could help arrange them beautifully for her. Jose not only took the time to help, but he also assisted me in choosing the perfect colors to pair with the lilies, and the final bouquet turned out absolutely stunning. What meant the most was how thoughtful and patient he was throughout the entire experience as he helped me figure out how I wanted the flowers to look and what colors would pair best with the arrangement. In this day and age, great customer service can feel rare, and Jose made such a lasting impression. His kindness radiated, and he made the whole experience a pleasure. I was so happy with the bouquet that even as I was walking out of Jewel-Osco, other customers stopped to compliment how beautiful the flowers were. Jose did a phenomenal job, and I just wanted to acknowledge him and say thank you for making my nail tech's birthday bouquet so beautiful and memorable. Most of all, thank you for your kindness. It was truly appreciated and did not go unnoticed.
