  Customer Service lady was unhelpful and didnt adjust thr price with item being in the wrong spot with the sales tag. Took up too much of my time only to tell me the item was in the wrong spot which by then I already guessed. We had to wait while someone ran around the store looking for it and then I had to take her back to the item and showed her where I got it but still didn't correct the price for me.

  No one comes out at the pickup points even after calling customer service. You can wait for these people for more than 15 minutes and no one cares, no one comes out

  I go to this store alot I live in the neighborhood usually everyone is very nice and friendly but today I went to the deli to get a couple of items and the lady that took care of me her name is Patty was very rude had an attitude like she did not want to wait on me first of all I asked for a half pound of kretchmar honey ham she never asked me how I want it sliced seemed to be upset because she had to open a new one ca7 there wasn't one open just sliced it any way she wanted and then asked me if I wanted anything else I told her to show me how it was sliced anit wasn't sliced the way I wanted so I told her I wanted it thin and she bas7 told me that I didn't tell her but she never asked. Now I used to work for jewel in the deli for 32 years and I know for a fact that you are supposed to show a customer a slice so they know if your slicing it to their satisfaction. This lady does not belong in the deli she does not know how to treat customers something needs to be done about this employee.
